DOD ACQUISITION STRATEGY AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Forge Forward provides expert services across the DoD’s core decision support systems of the Defense Acquisition System, Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS), and the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) system for all Acquisition Category (ACAT) level programs. This includes development of all concept development, JCIDS documents, DoDAF artifacts, capability-based assessments, technical writing, and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and budgeting support.
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SERVICES
At its core, Forge Forward provides PMP certified, experienced program and project management professionals combining the requisite skills and years of experience to manage significant programs and tasks of national significance and scope. We apply program and project management principles, based on industry best practices (e.g., PMBOK® and ITIL), to support the planning, development, prioritization, and tracking of activities across a client’s portfolio. Forge Forward has significant experience in resource loaded schedule development, risk identification and management, earned value management, and project leadership.
Forge Forward has experience facilitating and managing meetings of diverse stakeholders. This includes planning and implementing highly interactive facilitated sessions bringing together cross-functional stakeholder groups and transforming divergent concepts and viewpoints into a shared vision. These sessions are used to accelerate breakthrough decisions, quickly transform decisions into actionable plans, drive initiatives, and mitigate programmatic risks.
